Entertainment has several DJ's who are either prior military or still on active duty. We have been the official DJ for all of Camp Pendleton's public events since 1992 and regularly perform at over 25 military balls annually all over San Diego County. Our biggest event of the year is the 4th of July where in 2006, we celebrated our 11th year to host over 45,000 people for this annual celebration at the Del Mar Beach aboard Camp Pendleton.
The fact that you are reviewing professional services signifies that you are concerned about the success of your upcoming event. A Marine Corps Ball is very unique and for many couples, it may be the only formal event they will attend all year. You will go through many preparations to ensure that you have put your best foot forward and as your DJ, we will do everything necessary to ensure that your event is a success. We understand the unique nature of a Marine Corps Ball and how that professionalism and military bearing are crucial in the presentation of your event. We attend each and every ball in a tuxedo and present ourselves with a clean cut military appearance in order to contribute to the formal atmosphere of your ceremony. We will cater to the needs of those coordinating the event as well as each guest with the servitude and mannerism you deserve. We will utilize formal music to greet your guest as they arrive for the cocktail hour in an effort to help set the tone for the spectacular evening that awaits them. We will work behind the scenes to provide technical support to your event in an effort to ensure that your presentation is flawless.
Once the evening entertainment begins, we will cater to the music request of you and your guests. We encourage your guest to participate by accepting and playing their requests in a timely manner. We will make use of a broad spectrum of music to ensure that everyone has a chance to enjoy their music tastes, and be assured that requests take the highest priority in the music line up.
All of our music selections are the “Clean Radio Edits” that do not contain any vulgarity so everyone can enjoy their favorite songs with offending anyone else. Our music selections include Motown, Disco, Hip Hop, R&B, Dance, House, Techno, Salsa, Meringue, Cumbia, Oldies, Swing, Country and Rock. We will play to the crowd on the dance floor with a purposeful effort to entertain everyone in the room so no one will be left out of the dance floor experience. We will also stop to play slow songs about every half hour so couples will have many romantic moments on the dance floor.
Steve Hasty from Advanced Entertainment was recently a Navy Corpsman who was stationed at Camp Pendleton from 1992 until June 2000. He had the pleasure of serving within the 1st FSSG for six years and was most recently stationed at the Naval Hospital . It is a privilege to be considered for your entertainment as you begin to plan your Marine Corps Ball as we have performed at over 300 military functions. We have an experienced staff of professional disk jockeys available and we would very much like the opportunity to provide entertainment for your Marine Corps Ball this year.
