perfect wedding itinerary. Our standard attire is a tuxedo and our
booking price includes setup, tear down time, and a professional
light show which will help create the perfect party atmosphere and

4-Hour all-inclusive wedding reception price:
$1200.00. Additional time is only $100.00 per hour.

Having the sun set during dinner is a popular
goal for many brides and if your wedding ceremony is in the same
location as your reception, you should consider starting the ceremony
an hour and 1/2 before sunset.
Below is a letter that we send out
to newly engaged couples which really details the service we provide.
It would be an honor for any one of us to be a part of your special

Congratulations
on your engagement! Now that you are getting a crash course in becoming
a wedding
planner,
I would
like
to offer our help in coordinating your wedding reception. I am Steve
Hasty with Advanced Entertainment Disk Jockey Services, where we do
a lot more than just play music.
In
addition to providing entertainment, we perform in the capacity of
your wedding
reception
coordinator. We
come to your
home for a wedding planning session where we will discuss with you
the events that you do and do not want at your wedding, and most importantly,
how you want those events handled. A lot of couples that we talk to
may not necessarily know exactly what they want, but most have a real
good idea of what they don't want to happen on the day of their wedding.
It is the questions we ask and the examples we give that will help
us create your "Dream Wedding ®" itinerary. On the day of your
wedding, we will coordinate your custom itinerary with your photographer,
videographer, catering staff, wedding party, and of course the two
of you.
If
you are considering hiring a Professional Wedding Coordinator, we strongly
encourage you
to do
so, as there are
numerous
tasks that they will perform in ensuring all the small details of your
special day are addressed. We take pride in the fact that we work closely
with over 20 bridal coordinators who recommend our services to all
of their brides. These wedding coordinators do not benefit from these
referrals other than knowing they are providing quality vendors to
their brides. We appreciate the willingness of these wedding coordinators
to put their reputation behind ours and help separate the professional
wedding DJ from just an ordinary guy who plays music.
Our
motto is simple: "We
know the wedding is not about us"; therefore we work behind the
scenes to make sure that everything runs smoothly for you and your
guest without
taking
away
the focus from the wedding party. "Professionalism" is truly
the best description our service. We are very "anti-cheese" and
do not put on a fake voice or personality for your event. We are down
to earth professionals who understand how special your day is and we
will work very hard to make your "Dream Wedding ®" come true.
Pricing
for our service includes an in home Wedding Planning Session, the
fact
that we arrive
an hour
prior to your event for setup, cordless microphones in our sound
systems, your DJ in a tuxedo, professional sound equipment, a professional
and elegant light show, and an extensive music selection that includes
selections all the way back to the 1920's. We
mention these specific items because they are sometimes added to
other company's price quotes as extra. Our
all-inclusive price of $1200.00 covers up to four hours. Additional
time is available at $100.00 per hour. If you need us to support
your wedding ceremony, it will only cost $100.00 (unless included
in the original 4 hours in the same location as the reception) and
will include a cordless "tie mic" for your minister and
a professional sound system so we can play music for you both up
and down the isle. If you are having your ceremony in an outside
location where power is not available, a quiet generator (owned by
Advanced Entertainment) can be provided for an additional $100. When
we meet with you, we will bring contracts for the event. If you should
decide that our service will work for you, a $200.00 deposit with
a signed contract is all that is needed to secure our services for
your date. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks prior to the
wedding date.
It is
often said that the DJ can make or break your wedding, and while this
may
be true
to
some
degree, it
seems
that
the wedding
itinerary has just as much impact. I would love to setup an appointment
to come and meet with you and your fiancé in the comfort of
your home for a custom wedding planning session and take steps in helping
you plan your Dream Wedding ®.
